Delivery & VAT Info

Payments:  Our online store will automatically send you to our ' VIOPON ' order form. Our sales team, will then contact you via eMail or by telephone, to secure an authorised payment.

VAT:  We take every care to ascertain the best price from our suppliers, however by law all sales will have Value Added Tax on the price.  

All prices quoted on our website will excude VAT, however it will always therefore show + VAT next to the quoted amount or show VAT within our shopping cart. Postage fee's may vary even after we charge your debit or credit card. Please phone us to clarify. 

Invoices / receipts will always clearly show the VAT amount we have charged you. This will be next to all the financial data regarding your purchase.

 

We will also show our VAT No. on your invoice / receipt. This is useful if you are a business who recoupes paid VAT from the HMRC. 

Delivery Info * To make sure you are not overcharged or under-charged, we reserve the right to inform you after your purchase you may need to pay extra postage or in most cases you will be informed of a postage refund. 

Please phone us for a shipping / delivery quote before ordering if you need clarification. 

All shipping fee's already include 20% VAT. Please refer to our invoice / receipt, which will be sent separately.

 

A tracking number will be emailed to you either before or after your item has been despatched. You will be able to track progress of your item in real-time / live. 

Additional Delivery Information *

Next Day UK Delivery

For UK orders received before 3.30pm Monday to Friday, we operate a next business day delivery service, subject to availability. We use next day services from the leading delivery companies.

 

Specific Time Delivery

If you need an item urgently, or delivered at a specific time, please contact us. We are happy to organise this for you, subject to the delivery company's additional charge for timed delivery.

 

Same Day Delivery (Within UK)
This can be organised, subject to additional cost and circumstances. Please call us if you require same day delivery.

 

Delivery Methods

We use several leading delivery companies. The majority of our deliveries are made by Fedex, including most international orders.

Returns 

Returns:  All issues must be communicated to us within 3 days after receipt of delivery. Products must be in perfect condition, carefully packaged in their origional state, with all their accessories.​

(e.g. CD-Rom, Cables, user guides, etc) and without any modifications to their reference & serial numbers.

 

The returned item must have their origional packaging / box and labels intact, along with any stamps or marks required for resale. Products must be returned to:

Products must also be accomanied by a returns reference number and be sent back via recorded delivery.

 

If a product is returned without prior written authorisation from The VIOPON Group, it will be automatically sent back to you at your expense. Please obtain authorisation 1st.

Refunds 

Refunds: All authorised refunds will be made in the name of 'The VIOPON Group Ltd' on to your card, or via same method at the time of purchase. 

Please phone or email us as soon as possible after delivery (within 3 days) if any issues appear evident with your purchase. 

Please note: If applicable, you can contact the manufacturer as your product has 1 years manufacturer's warrenty. 

It is always our priority to make sure you are happy with your purchase, and will do our best to make sure we provide you with the best customer service at all times. If your are not happy, for any reason please contact our complaints department as soon as possible, thank-you.
