    Position: Trainee Executive Co-ordinator 

    This is an exciting opportunity to join our new company with exciting opourtunities in Telford, Shropshire. We also have 2 new subsidiaries. We are now looking for a part time Executive Co-ordinator to assist the Managing Director, with managerial / administrative duties.

     

    [ Must have experience in working in an office environment ] 

     

    Hours per week: 8+ hours p/w .  

     

    Your responsibilities will include the following: 

    *Responsible for answering & transfering all calls incl being a P.A. 

    *Raising Sales Invoices 

    *To organise, file and retrieve accounting records as required

    *Process incoming and outgoing post 

    *Analysing | Managing | Interviewing - All staff & subsidiary managers

    *Photocopying and faxing documents

    *Greeting and making refreshments for visitors 

    *Assist Director Manager with various ad-hoc admin duties 

    *Managing Payroll and Payslips for all company employee’s

    *Various cleaning tasks, keeping office to a high standard 

    *Managing a retail / reception environment, processing sales and looking after all customers / visitors 

    *Must be loyal and trustworthy, making sure all areas of the companies HQ is safe and securely monitored. 

    *Assist in all business / board meetings, events and interviews

    *Must have a clean drivers licence as some driving duties are available to you as to assist the Companies Directors.

    *Update Health & Safety, Risk Assessment Records 

    *Work Un-sociable Hours / Agree to be flexable / When required

     

    You will have the following skills: 

    *Previous experience working in a admin / office  role 

    *Payroll / H.R. Experience

    *Computer literate familiar with Apple computers & software

    *Very good telephone manner 

    *Ability to work under your own initiative & under pressure

    *Able to prioritise work loads 

    *Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner 

    *Good excel skills 

    *Support colleagues and respond effectively to request for help 

    *Team player | Team Leader / Supervisory Experience
